Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
glass wall insufficient lighting
The bathroom setup was not ideal for me. It was separated by just a glass wall. This limited privacy, made things awkward. the room lacked a proper wardrobe. There was only a coat rack available in the hallway. The lighting was insufficient too.

comfortable room great view accommodating staff small safe flooding shower recurring noise
the room was large and comfortable it had a great view from the small balconies i could see the busy street and trams below the staff were accommodating. the location was great too it was really nice to be so close to everything.
the equipment in the room felt minimal the safe was too small for my needs each time i used the shower the bathroom floor flooded. there were recurring noises throughout the night i suspect it was the air conditioning system or perhaps the plumbing.

small room toilet malfunction
The breakfast was available for me. The facilities seemed comfortable.
My room was just off the reception area. It was very small. I could not sleep the first night because the toilet cistern had a fault. Every five minutes, I heard it filling with water, followed by a loud clanking sound. The toilet malfunction was very disturbing.

mixed feelings about this stay
strange smell water pump
I was quite frustrated with the room. there was a strange smell. also, we could hear the toilet flushing all night and the water pump cycling on and off, made sleeping difficult. it sounded like it was coming from inside our room. It was really annoying.

average stay with a couple of issues
limited area impractical layout
the room felt smaller than expected it lacked sufficient storage space for luggage and clothing i found myself constantly reorganizing my belongings to make the most of the limited area the bathroom layout was not practical the placement of the sink and toilet made it difficult to move around comfortably
